Treat the children or adults in your life to a delightful tea experience created by the group behind Washington Heritage Museums’ beloved grown-up teas! Up to 12 children and/or adults will enjoy tea time at the historic Mary Washington House, either on the back porch overlooking the gardens (seasonally) or in the Betsy Houston Dining Room.

Perfect for a birthday celebration, “Mommy & Me,” “Grandparent & Me,” or “Bring a Friend” tea—favorite stuffed animals and dolls are welcome! Guests may be any combination of children and adults, with at least two adults required when there are children. 

The winning bidder will enjoy three tables for four guests each, appropriately sized teacups and plates, tablecloths and napkins, a selection of age-appropriate tea foods, juice, and drinks for a festive and gracious afternoon. 

Please note: The event date and time will be mutually agreed upon with at least 4 to 6 weeks’ notice. Extra party decorations, balloons, and/or floral arrangements are the responsibility of the winning bidder.
